Three-year vocational training in our stores and at vocational school. Responsibilities include assisting customers, selling Bioland-certified baked goods, helping create product displays, learning to operate an espresso machine and the till system, receiving and storing goods, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will learn customer advice and service, how a contemporary organic bakery with traditional craftsmanship operates, product presentation, and hygiene and order. Applicants should have completed school, a friendly and service-oriented manner, passion for the baking trade, communication skills in German and ideally English, a careful and independent working style, awareness of order and cleanliness, and enjoy working as part of a team.
