Ausbildung in allen Bereichen der Küche, including preparing, cooking, plating and serving dishes, ordering and storing goods, creating menus and buffet proposals, calculating dishes for à la carte service and events, and working according to HACCP hygiene standards. The role includes a dual training programme following IHK guidelines, personal qualified support, further training opportunities, fair training pay, free staff meals, work clothing and teaching materials, regular feedback, and possible employment after successful completion. Applicants should be motivated, engaged, flexible and reliable, enjoy working in a team and with people from different cultures, be willing to work shifts and weekends, have a friendly service-oriented manner, an interest in creative and culinary dishes, and remain professional in stressful situations. Previous experience in gastronomy is advantageous but not required.
