Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Attorney Recruiting Specialist to support all aspects of attorney recruiting. Responsibilities include coordinating law school recruiting and on-campus interview programs, supporting the Summer Program, managing the Attorney Recruiting inbox and application tracking systems, assisting with Hiring Committee meetings and onboarding, and supporting post-clerkship and lateral associate recruiting. A bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in law school career services or professional recruiting within a law firm or similar environment are required. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft programs, iManage, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite products, and Zoom. Experience with viGlobal, Symplicity, and 12Twenty is a plus. This regular, full-time, non-exempt hybrid role is based in the firm's San Francisco office, with in-office work at least three days per week and additional office time sometimes required during the Summer Program and law school recruiting cycle. The salary range is $100,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
