Aeris Partners is seeking high caliber pre- and post-MBA Associates and Vice Presidents with exceptional leadership, communication, teamwork, client-facing, and analytical skills, and an unwavering passion for excellence. Associates and Vice Presidents work directly with Managing Directors throughout the M&A advisory transaction life cycle, including transaction development, execution, negotiation, and strategy. Responsibilities include preparing market and operating analyses, information memoranda, marketing presentations, and financial and valuation analyses. The role also includes supporting Directors and Managing Directors during M&A execution, supervising and developing Analysts, contributing to firm best practices and culture, and building industry relationships. Positions are available in the Boston and San Francisco offices.
