The role covers areas including automotive and dealership workflow software, risk and compliance software, legal tech, insurtech, construction and field service technology, and supply chain logistics. Deal flow is primarily North America focused, involving lower to middle market sellside M&A and capital raising advisory, with enterprise values typically ranging from $250 million to $750 million. The team is seeking a mid to senior level Associate who can independently own workstreams, drive processes, and lead modeling without coaching through deal mechanics. Candidates with pure-play investment banking experience and direct technology deal experience are strongly preferred. The team offers early exposure to business development and client relationships, a bottoms up culture, and a genuine path to VP and beyond with a track record of internal promotion.
