Farrells is looking for an experienced architect to join its Hong Kong studio. Candidates should have HKIA qualifications and ambition to deliver quality designs and implement creative concepts. Requirements include being a registered architect with 5 years or more post-qualification experience, with Authorized Person status an advantage; a good track record of HK building projects, particularly institutional projects; familiarity with statutory processes and liaison with government departments; practical experience across design phases from conception to construction; the ability to lead coordination with consultant teams; hands-on BIM experience preferred; good communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese; and a self-motivated, team-oriented approach.
