Candidates should have 8+ years of local architectural experience, particularly in multi-residential or high-end residential projects, Australian Architect registration, experience leading teams and managing multiple projects, strong client and consultant coordination skills, proficiency in ArchiCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication, organisational and people management skills.
