Sōhum Therapy is hiring LMSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs and MHC-LPs for a full-time associate psychotherapist position with a caseload of 20 to 25 clients. The role involves collaborating with individuals, couples and families, scheduling introductory and screening calls, conducting intake, assessment and weekly psychotherapy sessions, completing case notes and treatment plans, managing administrative tasks, using technology, web-based tools and social media, and contributing to marketing and advertising. Candidates must be licensed in New York or New Jersey, have a master's degree from an accredited school, and be driven, organized and eager to learn and advance in their career. An interest in experiential, psychodynamic and somatic-based therapies is preferred, although prior experience is not required.
