The Associate Program is intended for recent college graduates and early professionals interested in careers in the sports and entertainment industry. Associates work within specific FSM departments, with opportunities in Partnership Sales, Solutions, Strategy, Creative, and Boston Common Golf, supporting the daily operation of the company. The program begins in late May or early June, runs for a maximum of 12 months, and requires a minimum commitment of 10 months. Associates are selected based on experience, academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and current business needs. Positions are based in either the Boston office next to Fenway Park or the New York office in Manhattan. The 2026-2027 application window is closed.
