Provide outpatient individual, relationship, and group therapy to adults, couples, polycules, and groups. Applicants must align with ROUSE's mission, vision, and values, hold a master's or doctoral degree in counseling or social work, and be fully licensed or registered as an associate in California as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC. Candidates should be collaborative, organized, detail oriented, able to work independently, and available to hold at least 15 client sessions per week when sessions are available and scheduled. Prior private practice experience is preferred, and licensed applicants must have at least three years of experience after unrestricted licensure. Beginning training in at least one couples therapy modality is required. The role includes on-site clinical counseling, timely patient communication and documentation, coordination with treatment teams, attending staff meetings and training, and maintaining professional and collaborative relationships.
