Provide first and second-line IT support for internal CreditHub systems and Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Maintain office technology such as meeting room AV and conferencing systems, procure and configure hardware, support employee onboarding and lifecycle processes, maintain hardware inventories, and install and update hardware and software. The role also involves collaborating with Mount Street's IT managed service provider, Lanware, and identifying process improvements using Mount Street's technology toolkit. Candidates should have a strong interest in IT, working knowledge of computer hardware, software installation and PC configuration, the ability to diagnose common technical issues, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and clear, customer-focused communication.
