This permanent position is responsible for leading and mentoring the engineering team, overseeing project and client management, managing and reviewing project-related documents, and executing multiple fit-out and renovation projects from concept to completion. Requirements include a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience as a project engineer in building information modeling, including the design and system selection of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems for complex, high performance facilities.
