Brinkhof is looking for a Dutch- or other EU-qualified lawyer with around 4 to 8 years of experience, considerable litigation experience and expertise in digital information law. The role involves complex litigation and pragmatic advice across digital information law, with an emphasis on copyright, media, privacy and freedom of expression. You will work with global online platforms, AI companies and media and technology businesses on EU rules including the Digital Services Act, AI Act, DSM Copyright Directive and AVMS Directive, as well as national laws, regulatory compliance, enforcement and litigation. The role requires strong research, critical thinking and writing skills, AI awareness, near-native English and a working understanding of Dutch or willingness to develop it.
