The role is suitable for someone already qualified or a finalist ready to take the next step in their career. Working with partner-led teams, you will manage a varied caseload and gain experience across drafting, filing and prosecution, oppositions and appeals before the EPO, and contentious advisory work. You may also contribute to business development, training and recruitment, and improving internal procedures and systems. Applicants should be dual-qualified or finalist-level UK and European Patent Attorneys with a chemistry background, experience supporting pharmaceutical clients, experience of drafting and prosecution, strong client care skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to work independently.
