As a commercial real estate tenant representative broker, you will help tenants find new property and space locations, sublease excess space, and negotiate leases and sales. Responsibilities include lease negotiation, closing deals, financial analysis of real estate deal terms, canvassing the marketplace, networking, and communicating with landlords. Applicants should be able to negotiate, be ambitious and hardworking, hold a New York State Real Estate License, and have computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF. The opportunity can be worked from home, full time or part time.
