Join a team handling high-stakes, meaningful antitrust and complex litigation cases. Responsibilities include drafting complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions in court; handling mediation; examining witnesses at trial; and supervising junior attorneys and support staff. Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of complex litigation experience, be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar or New York State Bar, and have the drive to manage their own docket. Antitrust, class action, or complex litigation experience is preferred, and candidates with clerkship experience are encouraged to apply.
