Book Law LLP is seeking an experienced Employment Litigator to join its New York City team. The successful candidate will have a strong litigation background, a proven track record, excellent negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of federal, state, and city employment laws. Responsibilities include defending employers in employment litigation, advising on compliance and risk mitigation, preparing documents and policies, assisting with client training materials, conducting workplace and third-party investigations, preparing investigation reports, assisting with DOL audits, responding to agency charges, and providing a high level of client service. Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the New York State Bar, at least 3 years of employment litigation and compliance advisory experience, the ability to manage a demanding caseload, strong analytical and research skills, and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
