Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, P.C. is seeking an associate with at least 2 to 6 years of relevant experience to primarily support the Retail Trade and Environmental Practice Groups in the San Francisco office. Candidates should have experience defending Proposition 65 lawsuits, California Legal Remedies Act claims, Unfair Competition and False Advertising claims, property contamination lawsuits, and citizen suits under the federal Clean Water Act, as well as researching and advising clients on environmental laws and consumer product compliance laws and regulations. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and should be self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team, with solid academic credentials, excellent writing skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Associates receive early and frequent client-facing opportunities and a realistic path to becoming a shareholder. The annual salary range is $178,000 to $220,000, plus benefits. Associates must work a minimum of 1,800 billable hours and 200 non-billable hours per year and may qualify for hours-based and merit-based bonuses.
