Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, P.C. is seeking an associate with at least 2-6 years of relevant experience to work in the San Francisco office and primarily support the Retail Trade and Environmental Practice Groups. Relevant experience includes defending Proposition 65 lawsuits, California Legal Remedies Act claims, Unfair Competition and False Advertising claims, property contamination lawsuits, and citizen suits under the federal Clean Water Act, as well as researching and advising clients on environmental laws and consumer product compliance laws and regulations. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and should be self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team, with solid academic credentials, excellent writing skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Associates receive early and frequent client-facing opportunities and the opportunity to become a shareholder. The annual salary range is $178,000 to $220,000, plus benefits including health and dental insurance premiums and dependent coverage. Associates must work at least 1,800 billable hours and 200 non-billable hours per year and may be eligible for hours-based and merit-based bonuses. Applicants should submit a resume.
