The Sea to Shore Programme offers BSM seafarers a short-term placement in shore-based offices to gain maritime industry experience, develop skills, work with international colleagues and expand their professional network. This role is available to 3rd Engineers, 4th Engineers, 2nd Mates and 3rd Mates who have a diploma or are currently obtaining one. The programme includes tailored learning objectives, mentorship and performance assessments. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
