Support mixed-age classes for children ages 2 to 5 through play-based, child-driven nature and outdoor education. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather, have experience working at a summer camp, preschool, or in related activities for ages 2 to 5, and be willing to get messy and immerse themselves in child-directed play and discovery. Summer candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. School year candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and an associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred. CPR or First Aid certification is a plus. Part-time and full-time positions are available, and full-time employees are eligible for an annual health insurance reimbursement of $4,800.
