Report to the Bar Manager and assist with hiring, training and supervising bar staff. Help oversee inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, minimising waste and controlling costs. Ensure exceptional customer experiences, high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation, and compliance with legal and licensing requirements. Support staff development, streamline bar operations, optimise workflow, manage shifts and schedules, and coordinate with other departments. Applicants require outstanding communication, leadership and people management skills, strong product knowledge, excellent personal presentation, a passion for customer service, at least two years of experience in a similar environment and role, availability to work a variety of shifts over a seven-day rotating roster, and a current NSW RSA card.
