BATO is seeking an Asset Manager to join its asset management team in Berlin. The role involves supervising commercial and technical property administration, monitoring external property management, identifying cost and value optimisation opportunities, managing service providers, coordinating with external advisers, supporting acquisitions and sales, leasing management, lease negotiations, tenant support, CAPEX and redevelopment measures, business plans and property budgets, cash flow and performance analysis, investor and lender reporting, and lender coordination. Requirements include significant relevant operational, transactional or other real estate experience with a recognised real estate company, a proven track record, relevant commercial and residential asset management experience, Berlin-based full-time availability, and fluent German and English.
