Oversee compliance and operations across a group of Outside School Hours Care services within an assigned area, working under the direction of the OSHC Director and National Operations Manager. Responsibilities include leading and supporting educators across multiple services, organising rosters, overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and financial performance, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, supporting Quality Improvement Plans and Assessment and Rating processes, managing complaints and incidents, developing services and stakeholder relationships, promoting services, and providing educational leadership. Applicants require a Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Childhood or Education, or an ACECQA-recognised qualification or willingness to obtain one, a valid Working with Children Check, child protection training, current First Aid including CPR, and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain one. A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required, along with availability between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday. At least three years of experience managing an OSHC or child care service is preferred.
