Lead the Milan team, build client and partner relationships, shape the commercial direction of the operation and deliver the Milan office business plan. Responsibilities include staffing and recruitment, project delivery, culture, project financial performance, fee forecasting, risk management, profitability, and leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires significant senior-level multi-disciplinary people leadership experience, a proven track record leading complex MEP design delivery, ideally including data centre applications, international project management experience, strong commercial and financial acumen, Chartered Engineer status or progress towards it with MCIBSE or MIET accreditation, a degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate engineering discipline, and strong knowledge of relevant design software and legal, regulatory and Health and Safety standards.
