Work on diverse projects ranging from 500 sf coffee kiosks to 50 acre master plans, contributing to design concepts, drawings, physical and virtual models, diagrams, presentation materials, code research, zoning analysis, regulatory coordination, construction administration, business development, marketing, and the integration of AI in architectural practice. The role requires strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills, collaboration, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Enscape, with familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Bluebeam.
