Lead and coordinate the day-to-day production of drawings and technical documentation from design through construction. Translate design concepts into clear, accurate construction documents reflecting project goals, community needs, and sustainable design principles. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients, manage consultant coordination and quality control, support construction administration through site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI responses, participate in project and community meetings, mentor junior staff, and uphold design integrity and environmental responsibility.
