Narofsky Architecture and Design seeks a friendly, highly motivated, organized, proactive, creative and self-disciplined Architectural Designer with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. The role involves working in a collaborative studio environment on varied and creative projects, including high-end residences, healthcare facilities, commercial spaces and retail stores. Required qualifications include experience in high-end residential design and construction, strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Suite, experience with residential and commercial construction documents, familiarity with NYS and NYC building codes and practices, consultant coordination, field and construction administration, multitasking and time management skills, and oral and written command of English. Responsibilities include guiding and executing projects through all design phases, collaborating with design and technical leadership, producing and coordinating high-quality drawings, and documenting designs through construction documents, construction administration and final punch lists.
