Work on heritage conservation and building conversion projects, combining historic fabric with modern requirements for functionality, energy efficiency and design. Duties include design, approval, detail planning and tender documents, developing sustainable heritage-compliant renovation and conversion projects, coordinating with heritage authorities and specialist disciplines, visiting construction sites, supporting handovers and defect remediation, and ensuring timely, cost-effective and high-quality delivery. The role requires an architecture degree, 3 to 5 years of project experience in the German-speaking region, experience with listed buildings and heritage approval processes, knowledge of construction legislation and standards, CAD, AVA and MS Office skills, and experience in planning, tendering, awarding and construction management.
