Join the leadership team and oversee the Berlin branch's daily operations, staff management, company objectives and collaboration with other departments and locations. Duties include implementing PASD's architectural standards, managing recruitment, training, development and performance reviews, developing and monitoring the branch budget, building regional customer and partner relationships, reviewing productivity and quality, reporting key performance indicators to company management, and collaborating across locations. Requirements include a master's degree or equivalent in engineering or architecture, fluent German and English, several years of comparable leadership and construction management experience, experience with public clients, organisational skills, assertiveness, communication and teamwork, technical knowledge, project management competence, moderation skills and customer focus.
