Kostow Greenwood Architects seeks a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Architect / Designer to join its NYC design studio focused on performance arts, media, broadcast, and real estate development. The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of post-graduate in-office experience, a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, confidence across project development from early concept design through construction administration, expert Revit and AutoCAD skills, and experience with 3D modeling, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Responsibilities and qualifications include producing and managing complex drawing sets with minimal supervision, coordinating building systems and consultants across multiple disciplines, teaching skills to junior staff, understanding NYC building codes, ADA, zoning, and filing and review processes, and collaborating effectively. The firm supports continuing education, provides NCARB and IDP experience fulfillment, and offers paid time for ARE exams. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, in a dog-friendly office. The expected salary range is $80,000 to $100,000.
