Shifaa Healing Hearts Counselling CIC is recruiting qualified bilingual therapists to join its growing, community-led therapy team in North Paddington. The role is hybrid, combining remote and in-person work in Queen's Park, with flexible hours. The service offers trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive counselling to communities facing barriers to traditional services. Therapists who speak Arabic, Bengali, Somali, Urdu, Pashto, Farsi or other community languages are especially welcomed. All backgrounds are welcome. Honorary, paid, voluntary and trainee roles are available. This pilot project is in collaboration with Imperial Charity and Queen's Park Community Council.
