Learn secretarial, assistant and commercial activities, including correspondence, answering calls, greeting guests, creating statistics and files, managing calendars, preparing trips and meetings, and supporting clients. The apprenticeship also provides experience in bookkeeping, human resources and event preparation and execution. Applicants should have completed or be completing their schooling with good grades, enjoy organisational and communicative tasks, be comfortable using Word and Excel, possibly PowerPoint, have a good sense for numbers and strong German spelling and grammar. Good English is an advantage but not required. The firm offers a small, friendly and internationally focused working environment and permanent employment after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
