ZZ Med Spa is seeking a hungry and results-driven Appointment Setter - Outbound Caller with prior sales or call center experience and a proven track record in making sales. Responsibilities include calling customer leads, using sales techniques to book appointments, upselling, managing outbound calls, and following up with leads through the sales pipeline. Candidates must have English as their first language, 2-3 years of experience in a call center sales role, and the ability to memorize scripts and execute calls enthusiastically. The in-house full-time position is based in a Midtown Manhattan luxury spa. Compensation is $40,000 base salary plus potential commissions of $20,000-$25,000.
