IA Global Capital is seeking an Analyst for its New York City office. The role supports M&A, capital raise and corporate finance advisory services for technology companies globally. Duties include preparing company business plans, analysing financial statements and trends, developing financial, operating and transaction models, creating pitchbooks and client marketing materials, conducting market research, and supporting prospect outreach in technology segments. The role may offer the opportunity to specialise in fintech, cyber, IoT or cloud. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Economics, a professional and client-oriented attitude, the ability to work independently with attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in corporate finance, corporate development or transaction services, and an understanding of corporate finance and M&A, are preferred.
