Work independently with children aged 2-12 in a clinic setting under the guidance of a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. Duties include establishing rapport with children and parents, following therapy plans and activities, documenting simple notes, creating therapy resources and visuals, and assisting speech pathologists with therapy groups. Qualifications as an Allied Health Assistant or experience working with children in a school or childcare setting are listed. Training is provided where required.
