A 24-month structured induction and development program in broadacre cropping. Graduates work as full-time employees with farm and corporate teams on real projects, receiving on-the-job coaching, training and mentorship. The program provides exposure to different production regions, farming systems and corporate administration, with rotations across production and corporate environments. Graduates receive a competitive salary, accommodation, phone and internet, and other tools relevant to each farm placement. Participants are assigned a mentor, included in performance reviews and development planning, and may apply for permanent roles during or after completing the program. Applicants must have graduated within the last three years with a Certificate IV, Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution, and hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or a valid Australian Permanent Resident Visa.
