Part-time assistants provide extra support when needed, with availability submitted the week before and assignments confirmed on Friday afternoon. Work is typically 1 to 2 hours per day, mainly assisting main team members with group walks between 8:30am and 1:30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional afternoon work. Assistants may progress to completing one-to-one walks independently and potentially into a full-time role. Reliability and punctuality are vital. Applicants must be over 16 and have the right to work in the UK. Pay is £16.50 for a one-hour group walk or £31 for a two-hour group walk, paid by monthly invoice to a UK bank account.
