The practice offers intake support, client autonomy, flexible scheduling, clinical supervision, professional development, collegial support and administrative assistance. Applicants should be open to feedback and self-reflection, provide stable and consistent client support, have a passion for mental health, communicate proactively and collaboratively, work independently with a wide range of presenting issues, have strong organisational and written communication skills, be eligible for Medicare registration, be able to see clients at least two days a week, and have a current police check plus professional and public indemnity insurance.
