The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns for businesses and self-employed individuals, providing tax planning and advisory services, managing financial records in QuickBooks, supporting QuickBooks configuration and troubleshooting, performing financial analysis, monitoring legislative changes, and helping improve internal processes. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, mandatory QuickBooks proficiency, at least 5 years of tax preparation and accounting experience, and a strong understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations. CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is highly regarded, and Portuguese proficiency is an asset.
