Growbiz Bookkeeping is seeking skilled accountants and bookkeepers to support clients, senior accountants, the wider team and CFO. Responsibilities include weekly bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, financial statements, accounts and budgets, and assisting with month end and year end accounts. The role also covers payroll, management reporting, compliance tasks including IAS, BAS, FBT, payroll tax and superannuation, client service, process improvement, quality assurance and time management. Applicants should be able to prioritise work, solve problems, communicate effectively, work methodically, manage competing tasks, maintain high attention to detail, provide excellent customer service and handle sensitive information discreetly.
