Shawbrook's Associate Chartered Accountant Finance Programme is a structured rotational pathway over three years, offering experience across Financial Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Treasury while supporting studies towards the ACA qualification from ICAEW. Graduates need a minimum 2:2 degree in any subject, while non-graduates need a Level 4 accounting qualification or above, such as CFAB or AAT, plus at least 12 months of experience within a finance function. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are also required. Participants receive support from managers, a mentor and Finance colleagues, along with study leave. On completion, participants transition into one of Shawbrook's Finance teams.
