Details.
Paid work experience is available to successful candidates for the Aboriginal Law Graduates Program. The program aims to help Aboriginal law graduates meet professional practical training requirements to practise as a solicitor or barrister, or gain employment in another legal position. Availability depends on annual funding from the Attorney General's Department and suitable candidates. Candidates are nominated by their law lecturer via the Dean of Law at their university, or under the NSW Bar Association's Equal Opportunity program in consultation with the relevant university's Dean of Law. Guidelines apply.
