Summer law students and articling students play an important role in the firm and work directly with clients. Students attend court, mediations and arbitrations from the commencement of their term. The firm looks for bright, motivated students with a genuine interest in family law. Many previous law students have joined the firm as associates following their articles. For the 2027 summer term, applications were due July 20, 2026 by 5:00pm EST. Applications should include a cover letter, CV, law school and undergraduate or graduate transcripts, and reference letters.
