A new two-act bilingual play inspired by the Japanese folktale Ubasute-yama and its Noh rendition. Performers speak in English and Japanese, with subtitles displayed on stage for Japanese dialogue. The performance runs for 70 minutes with no interval. Content warnings include sexual references, mental health issues, coarse language, and discussion of suicide and/or self-harm. Tech warnings include loud music with subwoofer, occasional intensity chase and flickering effects, low light, theatrical haze, and full-lighting blackouts.
