Book Rosa 402 for intimate gatherings, retail pop ups, art galleries, micro movement classes, workshops, film and photo production, or other creative uses. The space is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to midnight, with a 3 hour minimum booking. Rates are $150 per hour, increasing to $250 after 4:00 PM and $300 after 10:00 PM. An additional $150 cleaning fee applies to every booking.
