A 6-hour facilitator-only recertification test for technicians who have previously completed WCSA3 Steel Welding Certification. Participants complete 10 weld samples, including 4 overhead and 6 vertical welds, without instructor guidance. Proof of prior WCSA3 certification is required. The programme carries 6 I-CAR Credit Hours and 5 I-CAR Points, and meets I-CAR ProLevel 2 or 3 training requirements for structural and non-structural technicians.
