A welcoming virtual support group for new parents with babies under the age of one. All birthing people and partners or support persons are welcome. Each week, the group provides a safe and supportive space to discuss emotional and physical recovery, parenting expectations, lifestyle and relationship changes, finding support and trusting caregivers, sleep, feeding, medical care, and child development. Babies are welcome. The group begins August 24, 2026. The cost is $125 for 6 sessions, and it is free for Partnership Healthplan members.
