An intimate, chef-guided Japanese experience comparing premium salmon from Chile, Canada, and Ora King from New Zealand. Includes a 3-hour unlimited tasting menu, welcome cocktail, salmon preparations, live preparation, and explanations of cuts and techniques. Ora King is served in a limited portion due to its exclusivity. Drinks other than the welcome cocktail are charged separately. A 50% deposit by bank transfer is required to reserve.
