From 1 November 2026 until 31 March 2027, the Ueli-Fonduestübli serves different versions of Ueli beer fondue, Ueli beer spent-grain bread and authentic Kleinbasel fondue experiences for 32 people. When making reservations, mention that fondue is desired, as it is only served in the Fonduestübli.
